Client representatives and Seertech staff at the recent Customer Advisory Board meeting held in Denver, Colorado
Customer Advisory Board meetings are an integral part of Seertech’s operations, with meetings held several times a year throughout the world (virtual and in person). The get togethers, a mix of business and social activities, offer clients the opportunity to give their feedback about Seertech service and support, and the functionality of their LMS, direct to Seertech senior management. It also gives Seertech staff the chance to share with clients our product roadmap and recent enhancements to the core iLearning PLUS product. CAB events form an essential part of Seertech’s Customer Driven Solutions approach for Mission Critical Learning outcomes.
