Paul Hardwick

CEO and Founder

During his career, Paul has continually demonstrated a strong interest in both education and technology. After 15 years building and designing Oracle-based applications, Paul led the technology creation and hosting of Australia’s first online job board. With a drive to leverage his expertise in these areas, as well as fulfil a life-long goal to start his own business, he founded Seertech in 2003. The business launched to great success, with ANZ bank in Australia as its first client. Since then, Paul has worked in his capacity as Seertech’s CEO to firmly establish the company as the premier provider of tailored LMS solutions.

Thanks to the company’s constant growth and Paul’s passion for helping solve his customers’ challenges, Seertech is now regarded as the go-to specialist in leveraging learning and Oracle technologies for mission critical business solutions. Paul has spoken at numerous industry events about the company and his experiences along the way.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Seertech, Paul shares that he’s “passionate about helping our customers and providing an ecosystem of innovation for our staff.” In his opinion, Seertech is a market leader in a number of areas because it focuses purely on learning and compliance and the needs of its customers and not shareholder returns.

“I believe that Seertech’s customer focus and our capability in extended enterprise, e-commerce, technical competencies, and industry-based compliance means our customers can focus on doing what they do best,” he shares. It’s for this reason Paul has worked tirelessly to ensure that Seertech has a focused development team, flexible product, and extensive integration capability.

When he’s not at work, Paul can be found playing tennis, road and mountain biking, or encouraging his kids to realise the power of education. He’s also a Surf Life Saving volunteer.
