Learning Management Toolkit
The Learning Management Toolkit enables administrators to set and forget many tasks freeing resources up to focus on effective education delivery. The LMT can be used to reduce classroom “no shows” and improve professionalism of training delivery for instructors, learners and the Learning and Development team.

The LMT can be set up in hours and is designed to interface directly into your iLearning site. No iLearning information is duplicated or stored in the LMT. Communication between the iLearning application and the LMT is via published web services and hence is fully supported by Oracle.
LMT Product Features
The LMT extends the capability of the standard iLearning administration system and helps customers streamline business processes and any external interfaces to other hr systems.
The hosted tool has the following main features:
- iLearning report scheduler sending predefined reports as excel file attachments or formatted html emails. Examples are monthly reports, class lists to instructors etc. This enables administrators to verify what has actually been sent to learners, administrators, instructors and managers through an easy to use interface.
- iLearning notification mailer will send emails to designated people after a particular event has occurred within the iLearning application. For example when a learner is unenrolled from a course the learner, his manager and an admin person could be notified. The format of this email could be text or html and is completely customisable in look and content. This enables administrators to verify what has actually been sent to learners, administrators, instructors and managers through an easy to use interface.
- An import capability that enables a CSV file containing users, performance records or enrollments to be loaded into the system.
- A user reconciliation tool that enables a users performance records to be copied to another learner and the original learner deleted.
- A user login capability that enables an Administrator to login as a particular user without having to know the users password. This assists with help desk questions.
- An optional Web Services Integration Pack enables customers to effectively and cheaply implement flat file and HR database integration for iLearning.
- Multiple Languages and Time zones are supported.
- LDAP Integration for Single Sign On.
Custom iLearning Interface (CLI)
The CLI is a web services based replacement to the standard iLearning interface and works in conjunction with the LMT. Major customers are using this tool to reduce training costs, increase training take up and manage For-Profit learning. The CLI interface is completely flexible in look and feel and can be built to match any company style guide. An online payment module is available as a For-Profit option.
There is no limit on the iLearning information that can be displayed via the CLI and it has the following main features:
- Full customisation of the User Interface
- Display and searching of course catalogue while logged in or out.
- Display and update of iLearning user profile via web services
- Playing online courses
- Enroll/Unenroll in any type of course (Classroom, On-line or Integrated Learning Event)
- Display customised certificate
- Display completed and enrolled courses
- Provide access to learner assigned iLearning reports through the new interface including enhanced display, formatting, lov's and parameter selection.
