Database Health Check

At the start of the support agreement, Seertech Solutions will analyze and document your database set up and then carry out some health check tests to help prevent future problems. This service can also be carried out periodically.

Patch Management

Seertech Solutions will monitor alerts from Oracle Support to ensure that your installation is kept up to date. We will work with you to decide which software updates are required and apply those relevant patches to your system.
