At the start of the support agreement, Seertech Solutions will analyse and document your database set up and then carry out some health check tests to help prevent future problems. This service can also be carried out periodically.

We will work with you to design a backup and recovery strategy based around your requirements to ensure that no data is lost. Whole, partial and point-in-time database recovery can be implemented in the result of data loss for whatever cause.

We install automated monitoring jobs which proactively mail Seertech Solutions staff on a daily, weekly or event-driven basis to warn in advance of potential problems, reducing risk and increasing system uptime.
