Paul Hardwick – CEO and Founder

Paul has been involved in delivering Oracle based applications for 15 years and has worked in Asia Pacific, US and Europe. For the last 10 years Paul has been in global senior management positions supporting the deployment of BPO/SaaS Oracle solutions. Paul is the CEO and Founder of Seertech Solutions and is regarded as the ‘go to’ specialist in leveraging learning and Oracle technologies for innovative business solutions. Paul has also been involved in two other successful Oracle based SaaS Companies prior to starting Seertech in 2003.

Scott Mahoney, Managing Director – Americas

Scott joined Seertech following a 15 year career in learning & development, and a 20 year career in banking & finance which has included roles such as Head of ANZ eTrain and Managing Director for SumTotal Australia & New Zealand, as well as stints as a facilitator, instructional designer, multimedia-developer, project manager, systems implementer and learning strategist. Scott is one of the pioneers of the corporate eLearning industry in Australia, and brings a wealth of learning process, design, governance and systems application experience to Seertech. Scott is an expert on the application of learning systems to leverage corporate capability, and has led learning, workforce capability development, talent management and aligned projects across the globe. Scott has over 8 years’ experience with implementing, developing and supporting Oracle iLearning via SaaS deployment models to corporate clients globally.

Today, Scott heads up Seertech’s American operations, where he undertakes a variety of roles including:

• Strategic management of Americas business portfolio
• Business development
• Key client relationship management
• Project management
• Strategic learning consulting services

Scott holds numerous degrees and post graduate qualifications, and is based in the Denver, CO area.

Ken Goldwasser, Director – Learning Solutions

Ken brings to Seertech extensive educational technology experience and great enthusiasm for the learning management capabilities enabled by Seertech’s products. Ken has been involved in the eLearning field since 1990. He started with development of computer-based training programs and has followed the arc to online/web-based courses. He has been working with learning management systems since 1999 and was a delivery manager at Oracle when iLearning first rolled-out to the public in 2001. Prior to joining Seertech, Ken started Xcelicor’s iLearning and eLearning practice which grew into a full-service Learning Solutions line of business. Ken has managed and delivered several Oracle iLearning and Oracle Learning Management projects across multiple industries. He heads Seertech’s US operations and is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Scott Morris, Senior Technical Solutions Manager

Scott comes to Seertech after 11 years at Oracle. Scott worked in Oracle’s change management consulting organization, focused on learning and development, before becoming the first presales and implementation consultant for Oracle iLearning when it was released. He later moved into product management for both Oracle iLearning and Oracle Learning Management, and most recently Fusion Learning Management, where he was responsible for developing the functional requirements and design for the applications, managing the content conformance lab, and overseeing the Oracle iLearning subscription service. Scott brings to Seertech exceptional functional and technical knowledge of Oracle’s learning solutions and eLearning standards, as well as a deep commitment to customer success and satisfaction.

Ray Feighery, Technical Manager

Ray Feighery has worked as an Oracle DBA in both the UK and Australia for over 12 years. In that time he has worked for a range of organizations from dotcom start-ups to some of the world’s largest IT companies. His skills include system administration, database architecture and performance tuning. He also has specialist skills in Oracle Application Server and has successfully implemented many web-based Oracle solutions. Ray is an Oracle Certified Professional DBA.
