History

Seertech Solutions began life in March 2003, founded by Paul Hardwick following a successful career as Chief Technical Officer for Internet based companies RecruitASP and Jobnet.   Seertech’s first contract was with the ANZ Bank working with Scott Mahoney (Seertech’s North American General Manager) delivering hosting and support services to ANZ Online Learning Services (AOLLS) startup.  This began the melding of Paul’s technical knowledge around Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery and Scott’s learning background. 

The software that AOLLS chose to use was Oracle iLearning which at the time was the leading multi-tenant Learning Management Solution (LMS) on the market.  Seertech began working with AOLLS to make the entire service easier to configure and run for the SaaS or Cloud based customers.  That journey has never stopped and eventually the AOLLS business was acquired by Seertech Solutions.

Shortly after the relationship with AOLLS began, Optus Communications (a Singtel Company) purchased Oracle iLearning and Seertech won the contract to implement and support the technology.  This project began the  long term relationship with Optus and the Oracle iLearning platform is now used by all Optus employees and various partners and customers.

Seertech had proven its ability to deliver both a corporate and multi-tenant service and through the lessons learned had developed many tools to assist companies like Optus and AOLLS in the implementation and operation of the Oracle iLearning software.  By merging Seertech’s software development capability and the needs of our customers we created the architecture for Seertech’s iLearning PLUS.

iLearning PLUS has grown to become an Industry recognized LMS platform used by some of the largest companies in the world.
